I am a honest and dedicated professional with over five years of experience in the administration field, I have administrated personnel in a dental clinic, I've been administrating their responsibilities and managing their payments.
During my years in Dental school I worked with a non profit organization that brings volunteers from the U.S. to Nicaragua to work on health and housing projects.
My job was to translate emails, letters, and live meetings besides managing their hotel reservations and vehicle rental.
Parallel to this job I worked as data entry specialist at the CISTA-UNAN during the chronic kidney decease research in Nicaragua using Microsoft Excell and SPSS .
Being a graduate in Dentistry makes me very familiar with medical language since the majority of the best literature is in English.
After college I worked for SITEL Nicaragua for a bank campaign completely in English language gaining a lot of experience in customer service, dealing with all types of customers and difficult situations.
I had also worked as a interpreter for volunteers from Canada and United States for Free The Children Nicaragua during their visit to the fields and building projects.
The most recent training I received which I believe makes me very competitive in the professional business world is the Dale Carnegie Course giving me excellent communication and leadership skills.
