Work Terms

Availability and response
We respond within 4 business hours to active engagements. Primary overlap is US and UK business hours, with coverage from our Bangladesh delivery center.

Delivery cadence
Two week sprint cycles with weekly status reporting. Demos are scheduled at the end of each sprint, or weekly when required. Work is tracked in a shared board, with clear acceptance criteria and definition of done.

Quality and governance
Visible QA gates. Test evidence summary per sprint. Risk register updated weekly. Decisions and change requests are logged to avoid surprises.

Handoffs
Each release includes documentation updates, runbook notes, and an ownership transfer checklist.

Payments
We use Guru SafePay for all engagements. Fixed scope work uses milestones. Ongoing delivery is billed monthly in advance. No work begins until SafePay is funded.
