I got into automation because I kept watching businesses run on copy-paste, manual follow-ups, and spreadsheets held together with hope. Nobody was building anything around how those businesses actually worked — so I started doing that.
In the last 3–5 years I've worked with legal firms, enterprise teams, and small business owners. The work looks different every time because no two businesses run the same way. One client needed their PandaDoc files automatically synced across Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, and Box the moment a document was signed — built it. Another needed a Slack bot that answered internal questions straight from their Confluence pages so staff stopped wasting 20 minutes hunting through docs — built that too. GoHighLevel pipelines that capture a lead on Monday and have a booked appointment by Tuesday, without a human touching anything in between — that's a regular one.

I won't build something just because you asked for it. If I look at your process and think there's a better way to approach it, I'll say so. And if automation genuinely won't help your situation, I'll tell you that too.
If something in your workflow is eating time it shouldn't — bring it to me and we'll figure out what's actually worth fixing.
Work Terms
Most businesses are bleeding hours every week on tasks that a solid automation handles in seconds. I watched it happen enough times that I couldn't ignore it that's genuinely what pulled me into this work.
Over the past 3–5 years I've built automation systems for legal firms, enterprise teams, and small business owners. Not templates I dusted off from a previous project workflows built around how each client actually operates day to day.
A few things I've built:
A document system that pulls files from PandaDoc and syncs them across Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, and Box the moment they're ready zero manual effort involved.
A Slack bot wired into a company's Confluence pages so team members get straight answers without spending 10 minutes clicking through documentation nobody has time to read.
GoHighLevel CRM pipelines that handle lead capture, follow-up messages, appointment reminders, and the full sales workflow running quietly in the background while the team focuses on actual work.

Before I build anything, I want to understand your actual process because an automation that doesn't match how you work just creates a different kind of headache.
If something repetitive is eating your time, bring it to me. I'll tell you straight whether automation is the right fix and exactly how I'd go about it.
