I operate Monday to Saturday from *9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EAT)*. While I aim to respond promptly to messages, please allow up to 12 hours for replies, depending on time zones. I occasionally accommodate urgent or weekend work upon prior agreement.
*Payment Terms:*
I prefer *milestone-based payments* for longer projects and *hourly or fixed-rate* agreements for short tasks. All payments should be processed securely through Guru’s SafePay system to protect both parties. For first-time clients, a partial upfront payment or funded milestone is required before work begins.
*Revisions & Edits:*
I offer up to *two free revisions* per project to ensure satisfaction. Major scope changes after agreement may incur additional costs, which will be communicated clearly in advance.
Communication Style:

I prefer messaging via *Guru’s message board*, but I'm also open to email, WhatsApp, or scheduled Zoom/Google Meet calls, depending on the client's preference. Standard content (500–1000 words) is typically delivered within *24–72 hours*, depending on complexity and current workload. Larger projects will have mutually agreed deadlines.
