Computer, network & Server Support
I provide support for many different types of technology. I have experience supporting desktops, laptops, servers, printers, fax machines, networking, cabling, software installation/removal/troubleshooting, mobile devices, hardware installation & troubleshooting, and a number of other aspects of IT.
I currently specialize in Windows Server 2012/16, but I have an extensive background in both server and client support.
I currently possess many certifications pertaining to Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows/Server, networking and security. I have a passion for knowledge, and continue to pursue opportunities to broaden my experience and refine my skills.
Work Terms
I am primarily available Monday - Friday, however, I may be able to open my availability to weekends/holidays depending on the terms, time and duration of work.
