Work Terms

At COSYNTRA, we follow a transparent and structured process to ensure clarity, accountability, and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle:

Initial Meeting & SOP Discussion
Upon project confirmation, we conduct a detailed meeting with the client to discuss the Scope of Project (SOP), objectives, and requirements.

Quotation & Negotiation
Based on the discussion, we provide an initial quotation. If there are any changes or negotiations from the client’s side, we revise and share the final quotation accordingly.

Project Agreement
Once the quotation is approved, we proceed with a formal digital agreement outlining the estimated hours, timelines, deliverables, and terms. This agreement is legally documented and digitally signed by both parties.

Payment Milestones & Project Execution

First Instalment – 40%: Upon signing the agreement, the client submits 40% of the total project cost. We then initiate the development and share the project prototype.

Second Instalment – 30%: After the prototype is approved, the client makes the second payment. We continue with full-scale development and share progress updates along with technical documentation.

Final Instalment – 30%: Upon project completion and final approval, the client pays the remaining 30%. Once the final payment is received, we hand over the complete source code and project deliverables.
