• Business analysis: requirements, specs, clarifications until dev-ready
• QA: major feature validation pre/post production
• Team leadership: priorities, ownership, high-performing culture, capacity vs workload, burnout prevention• Hiring/team building: strong role + culture fit
• Marketing support: newsletters, automations, conversion tracking
• Code reviews: implementation vs requirements, lean PR feedback
• AI: AI-assisted dev (POC) + automations/agents (experimenting + testing)
• WordPress: site/eCommerce setup, hosting/domains, payments, email integrations, product imports, troubleshooting
