I have work experience in the business life especially in insurance and banking area.
I was working as an customer service adviser for 3 years, where i could improve my administration and problem solving skills.
Later I was a contact center campaign manager for 2,5 years, where I could learn the main business processes and skills.
I had the opportunity to try myself in the field of IT as an IT technical support specialist. Here I could learn a lot about version handling and precise administration.
Main skills:
Through my work experience I have learnt how to manage data tables in MS Excel, SQL and MS Access. Data analyses, data clearing and find trends. I have 3 years experience in FOREX, especially MQL programming for MetaTrader4 platform.
As a campaign manager I have learnt a lot about statistics and probability, risk analyses, future prediction and project planing.
By participating and planing marketing and sales campaign I could improve my skills in the sector.
Availability:
Basically I am available in weekdays from 9 a.m to 3 p.m (UTC+2).
In urgent cases I can be flexible.
Work Terms
Operation hours around 10-20 hours a week.
