A University graduate with excellent experience in transcription.I have done general transcription for a year now. I have experience transcribing multiple speakers, accents, focus group discussions, key informant interviews and phone interviews, of varied audio qualities . I am always accurate and pay attention to punctuation, formatting, and spellings. I can write very well both in English and Kiswahili and can also translate files from Kiswahili to English. I am conversant with both the verbatim and non-verbatim transcription styles. I have worked for the African Population and Health Research Center (APHRC), Daraja Plus among other local clients.

I possess skills in Ms word, Grammarly and Scribe express. I am a very good time manager and always complete tasks within the specified time period in the best way possible.
