Having worked as a virtual marketing assistant for 15 years for a number of small business owners, attorneys and financial advisers.

Having worked as a virtual marketing assistant for 15 years for a number of small business owners, attorneys and financial advisors, I have assisted with the marketing of these companies/business owners by handling a number of different assignments, some of which are listed below, but not limited to:
Marketing:

• Research and contact community organizations and business entities for speaking engagements.
• Research and contact community organizations and business entities for article submissions.
• Assist with the creation of presentation materials, public relations packages, article contents, PowerPoint presentations, newsletters, etc.
• Create and manage client contact database.
• Schedule marketing lunches and events.
• Facilitate and schedule client follow-up calls.
• Send thank you cards and/or gifts.

Event Planning:

• Research and locate venue for event(s).
• Negotiate contract(s) for event location with hotels and/or conference room centers.
• Schedule on-site/off-site meetings, conferences, team outings, etc.
• Management of conferences, trade shows, weddings, birthday parties, etc.
• Create and mail invitations.
• Assist with travel and vacation planning.

Administrative:

• Maintain and update online listings.
• Assist with mass mailings.
• Draft, proofread and mail business correspondence (letters, memos, spreadsheets, etc.)
• Manage calendar(s).
• Office organization.
• Retrieve messages from voice mail and email.
• New Employee: submit job ads, review resumes, schedule and conduct phone interviews, background checks, orientation, etc.
• Assist with the creation of policy and procedure manuals.
• Handle seasonal events – client gifts and cards giving.

Hours of Operation: (Monday-Friday 8 am - 6 pm)
