Currently employed part-time as a Logistics Coordinator and as a Real Estate Salesman. Having been employed in the maritime industry over the past three years, has taught me impeccable time management skills, how to build team morale and motivate workers. Additionally it has enhanced my supervisory skills and my attention to detail.

Additionally, with a bachelor's degree in Estate Management I have been doing some real property sales and Appraisals. This too has aided in my development as a young professional; by developing my analytical skills, customer service skills and my negotiating capabilities. I look to continue improving and doing the best work possible.

Work Terms

Being that my jobs are part-time and rather flexible it is very much possible to do a 40 hr work week with a flexible schedule, I do have a Paypal account but would prefer payment by cheque, and lastly communication by email or WhatsApp is fine. I am also willing to under take any odd jobs that I would be capable of doing to increase client satisfaction and developing lasting relationships.
