Work Terms

Hourly Rate: $30 per hour. This rate applies to all development work, consultations, and meetings related to project scope and execution.

Billing Cycle: Invoices will be issued on a bi-weekly basis. All invoices are payable within 14 days of receipt.

Minimum Engagement: A minimum of 10 hours is required for each project to ensure adequate time is allocated for understanding project requirements and delivering quality solutions.

Project Scope and Estimates: Before commencing work, a detailed project scope will be agreed upon. Estimated hours and timelines will be provided based on the initial requirements. Any changes or expansions to the project scope may result in adjustments to the final invoice based on actual hours worked.

Availability: I am available for work up to 20 hours per week. Specific work hours are flexible and can be adjusted to suit project needs and deadlines, subject to prior scheduling agreements.

Communication: Regular updates will be provided via email or through scheduled calls. I am available for communication during regular business hours (9 AM to 5 PM EST), Monday through Friday.

Cancellation Policy: Either party may terminate the agreement with a written notice 7 days in advance. If the client cancels a project after work has commenced, compensation for completed hours at the agreed rate is required.

Confidentiality and Data Security: I commit to maintaining the confidentiality and security of all project-related information and data provided by the client.

Ownership and Licenses: All deliverables produced under this agreement will be the sole property of the client upon full payment of the final invoice. This includes source code, documentation, and related materials.

Warranty and Support: All deliverables will come with a 30-day post-delivery support for minor bug fixes and technical issues arising directly from the delivered work. Any further enhancements or maintenance can be negotiated as a separate engagement.
