I am a proficient, self- motivated Virtual Assistant with excellent skill and successful experience of 4 years. I have a great knowledge of virtual features as I have done a research on it along with my education on Virtual Science.
I am currently pursuing my Master Degree in International Business. My last position was as an Assistant Financial Representative so I have a lot of experience prioritizing and managing workflow to ensure quality and efficiency as well as preparing and editing letters, reports, memos, and emails. Additionally, I am an expert when it comes to administrative tasks, writing and translating. I also have full professional proficiency in Spanish so I have the skills and the experience to translate any type of document. I will start from a position of understanding your big picture and the systems/processes you have in place, and ensure that we get the most value out of them.

Furthermore, I am an expert on:

-Prioritizing and managing workflow to ensure quality and efficiency.
-Inputting data into financial planning software and develop initial recommendations.
-Handling operational problems.
-Assisting in the preparation of financial plans for high net worth clients.
-Preparing and edit letters, reports, memos, and emails.
-Arranging meetings, appointments, and executive travel.
-Filing documents to maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
-Providing time sensitive documents to managers for daily review.
