Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
I’m available Monday–Friday, typically 09:00–19:00 (GMT+3). For urgent tasks or deadlines, extended hours are possible — just let me know in advance.

Communication Style:
Clear, structured, and proactive. I prefer written communication (Guru messages, email), but I’m open to voice/video calls when needed. I always confirm requirements, ask clarifying questions, and provide progress updates.

Payment Terms:
Hourly or fixed-price — depending on the project.
For fixed-price tasks, we define scope and deliverables before starting.
For ongoing or long-term work, I offer weekly or milestone-based payments.

Workflow:
• Requirement clarification
• Agreement on scope and timeline
• Regular updates during work
• On-time delivery
• Quick revisions if needed

Tools I use:
Notion, Confluence, Jira, Power BI/Tableau/Sheets, SQL, Figma (for diagrams), Slack, Teams, Zoom.
