I am an Electronic Engineer with a Telecommunications mention, a lover of technology, networks and electronics, I worked for Mundo Natural (Puerto Rico) as Technical Support Analyst, I have basic configuration skills of Cisco Catalys 3550 switches; bandwidth monitoring, creation of firewall rules, load balancing in Pfsense router; Implementation of ticket server for technical support; Installation of operating systems and software; Creation of emails and forwarders with HostGator.
I have background experience in sales, customer service, quality analysis, writing technical reports, follow up to clients, I also have skills with my voice, and I can record my voice to make your commercials, educational audios and also dramatizations.
I have a completed an course in Cloud Computing, certified by the Industrial Organization School of Spain. Duration: 40h.
My experience in research and writing is solid and was acquired at the University, an example of this is my Special Degree Work, Titled: Control of wireless environment as a support technology for people with motor deficiencies, where I researched solutions for people with problems of disability, I made a prototype that allows controlling the opening and closing of doors, movement of blinds, adjustment of lighting and temperature all remotely through an Android App, and with a Bluetooth connection with a radius of 25 meters.
