Work Terms
I am Dasis Codes (Saad), a dedicated Full Stack Python Developer based in Pakistan. I’m fully available for remote work and flexible with different time zones.
● Availability
• I can dedicate 30–40 hours per week to client projects.
• My core working hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pakistan Time (PKT), but I’m flexible and can adjust according to your timezone (especially for US, UK, or EU clients).
• I usually respond to messages within 1–4 hours during working days.
● Preferred Payment Terms
• Fixed Price (Milestone-based) — Preferred for most projects. I break the work into clear milestones with defined deliverables and deadlines.
• Hourly — Available when the scope is unclear or for ongoing maintenance/support work.
I’m also open to Task-based or Recurring (retainer) arrangements depending on your needs.
● Communication & Project Management
• Clear and regular communication is very important to me. I provide weekly progress updates (or more frequent if needed).
• All code is well-documented, clean, and delivered with proper version control.
