With more than 17 years of experience leading complex Federal, DoD, and commercial proposal efforts, I’ve built a career around turning strategy into structure and ideas into wins. I’ve managed and developed proposals valued from $10M to over $20B, helping organizations navigate the competitive government contracting landscape with clarity, compliance, and creativity.
Throughout my career, I’ve supported and led proposal operations for top-tier organizations such as SAIC, Noblis, and a range of Federal contractors. My experience spans every stage of the proposal lifecycle — from capture alignment and storyboarding to writing, color team reviews, and final production. I’ve led large, dispersed teams on high-stakes pursuits including NASA’s SEWP VI, DHS’s CISA Insights, and the U.S. Navy’s $1.1B torpedo production program. My leadership style combines disciplined process management with mentorship and collaboration, helping teams perform at their best under pressure.
Outside of work, I’m most at home outdoors. I’m an avid hiker, long-distance runner, and high-altitude trekker who finds balance and perspective on mountain trails around the world. I’ve completed challenging treks through the Pacific Northwest and summitted Kilimanjaro — experiences that continue to shape my approach to leadership: steady pacing, mental endurance, and a deep appreciation for the journey as much as the summit.
When I’m not working on a proposal or chasing a trail, you’ll probably find me exploring new restaurants or experimenting in the kitchen. Good food, good company, and the next big adventure — those are the constants that keep me grounded and energized, both professionally and personally.
