I have 25+ years experience collaborating with a channel partner organizations including Distributors, VARs, OEMs, Resellers, Consultants, System Integrators, Technology partners, Affiliates, MSPs, and Cloud Providers.

For Technology Providers I provide strategies, insights, and recommendations of how to grow your business profitably by leveraging the channel to
• Expand into target markets and reach qualified buyers
• Position your technology solutions and services to net new prospects and within their installed customer base
• Provide introductions to complementary technology providers with the goal of building strategic technology alliances
• Establish an indirect sales strategy including development of a formal partner program, targeted partner recruitment, and creation of a partner support ecosystem featuring sales and marketing enablement tools and resources

For Resellers I focus on building proven sales strategies and marketing programs that enable these organizations to
• Generate qualified leads and successfully convert them into closed opportunities
• Expand their portfolio to include industry leading solutions and services that deliver incremental revenues and positive profit margins
• Create vertical technology solutions and marketing campaigns to successfully expand into new markets

For Distributors I identify ways to capitalize on a two-tier business model that maximize profit margins and deliver
• Qualified reseller organizations that are ‘market ready’ to provide technology solutions from leading providers
• Channel marketing programs that produce qualified sales leads resulting in new business
• Recruitment strategies to identify qualified reseller candidates and expand the partner ecosystem

Work Terms

I'm available to work on customer projects between Monday - Friday between 8:00AM to 6:00PM EST. I require an initial deposit upfront to start the project scope and define all details with final payment due upon project completion and approval of all related deliverables.
