Having been lucky enough to work at Google for 4 years, I have acquired the necessary insider knowledge to dream up and create a "better mousetrap." As an agency program manager, I had a chance to work with 100's of digital agencies across the U.S.

My company, R2G, was born as a result of a continuous need to forget digital silos and help e-commerce brands grow on multiple channels with a unified 360-degree plan, including paid ads, email and deep data analytics. It started as a passion project with 1 employee and a couple hundred thousand dollars in managed advertising spend.

4 years later, we are extremely proud to have created countless success stories for our brands, and I hope that I and my company can use our knowledge and expertise to create many more for our clients for years to come.
