Work Terms

DBdesign is a full-time creative service provider located in the USA. Normal business hours are 9-5pm (Eastern), Monday - Friday. Email, GURU message board, Skype, IM, and phone are available methods to communicate with DBdesign. Email and GURU message board are generally preferred because they allowing me to accurately refer back to your requests and comments when working on your project.

My approach to creative: I appreciate and take into careful consideration everything a client offers to clarify their needs and to help me produce the best material for them. For instance: samples, examples, thoughts and ideas, target audience, goals and objectives, references such as their website or previous marketing material, etc. Then I create a draft based upon the provided information. The client reviews my draft(s) and decides whether to run with it, refine or evolve it, or to request another draft. In most cases I offer unlimited revisions.

*UNLIMITED REVISIONS regards to the initial direction and concept that the client and I have agreed to entertain. As long as the concept and design evolve in one direction, unlimited revisions are free. If a client decides to entertain a second direction or concept, the time must be accounted for at my minimal hourly rate at that time.
