Work Terms
Milestones: Payments are divided into milestones. Each milestone must be approved by the client within 3 business days of submission. Payment is required upon approval.
Payment Method: Payments will be processed through the freelancer platform or any agreed-upon method.
Late Payment: Delayed payments (over 7 days) may result in work stoppage. Non-payment after 14 days will lead to contract termination.
Refunds: No refunds once a milestone is approved. Refunds for incomplete work will be based on mutual agreement or platform dispute resolution.
Ownership: Full ownership of the work transfers to the client upon full payment.
