About

CNC & HVAC Technical Designer | 2D–3D Drawings, Nesting & Fabrication Ready Files

I am a highly experienced CNC Technical Designer and Industrial Draftsman with over 12 years of hands-on experience in CNC plasma cutting, fabrication drawings, and production-ready designs.
I currently work full-time with a shipbuilding company, where I handle everything related to CNC plasma cutting, including:
Preparing 2D fabrication drawings from main project plans
CNC nesting and material optimization
Cutting brackets, flanges, flat bars, draft marks, and industrial components
Ensuring accuracy, tolerances, and production efficiency
In addition to my full-time role, I remotely collaborate with Sidco Spiral Duct Inc. (USA), an HVAC duct manufacturing company.

For Sidco, I provide:
HVAC spiral duct & fittings drawings
CNC plasma cutting files (DXF/DWG)
Nesting and fabrication-ready layouts
Technical design support for manufacturing and web presentation

I have a strong understanding of real-world manufacturing, not just design. My experience in both shipbuilding and HVAC fabrication allows me to deliver shop-ready, accurate files that work perfectly on CNC machines and reduce material waste.
