There's a picture of jungle as my background image because I spend a lot of time finding my way through the trackless jungle of Malaysia.
It's also a good metaphor of the problems I solve for startups. You are at A and you need to get to B. There isn't a map, you're not sure of your audience, the product may need to be changed....
So drawing on 15 years of experience in startups (and an MBA) I work on finding the best route for your business. Sure you can do a full frontal assault with lots of paid media - but the jungle doesn't look so good when we've finished. Nor does your war chest and you runway is a LOT shorter if it didn't work.
I look for ways to get past the problems, to leverage other people, their networks and their idea so that we can reach the top and go wow!
I'm English. I did a philosophy degree and then spent a decade or so designing control systems before spending another 15 years involved in startups - both as an intrapreneur at large companies and as a solo entrepreneur or as part of teams and most recently as a social entrepreneur as well
I've done most roles in a startup and so I can bring a vast amount of experience to any team
