Work Terms
I work with clients across different time zones and am available Monday to Friday. I prefer to kick off every project with a short discovery call to understand your current setup and what you're trying to fix before any work begins.
For project-based work, I charge a fixed rate agreed upfront, so there are no surprises. For ongoing support or retainers, hourly arrangements work too.
I typically deliver within the timeline agreed at the start of the project. Complex builds may require phased delivery, which I'll outline clearly before we begin.
Communication is mainly through Guru messaging, but I'm open to Slack for active projects. I provide a handover document and a short walkthrough once your system is built, so your team knows exactly how everything works.
I don't start work without a clear brief. The more context you give me about your business and workflow, the better the system I build for you.
