My objective is to become an important and needed asset to the client or corporation I serve.

My name is Devina Govender and I offer a mix of Virtual Administration and Accounting services for all businesses. Before going freelance, I’ve been working in Administration and Accounts for over 15 years. I have developed experience in aspects of Data Entry, Manual Typing from PDF to Word / Excel, Web Research, MS Office and Email Sorting. I have advanced Microsoft Excel experience.

I am a detailed-orientated individual with a knack for organization, scheduling and proper documentation, which in turn facilitates a smooth working environment, allowing me to maintain high standards by performing all duties with excellence. As a highly experienced Finance Administrator, with extensive experience in working with daily, monthly and yearly financial operations, having a vast knowledge of Excel Spreadsheets, PowerPoint Presentations and excellent typing skills, my objective is to become an important and needed asset to the client or corporation I serve.


My positive attitude; good judgment and mature outlook ensure a logical and practical approach to my endeavors. I envision myself in a good position in the career of my choice. I seek to find solutions rather than to concentrate on problems when faced with difficult challenges. As a pragmatic, forward-thinking, and hardworking individual, I believe that I am a worthy candidate for this position. Work Terms

I am available for at least 20 hours per week. I prefer to be paid into my bank account. Communication via e-mail, WhatsApp, skype and zoom.
