Work Terms
Hours of Operation: Our core working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM IST (Indian Standard Time). We are flexible and dedicated to accommodating clients in different time zones, scheduling overlap for critical meetings and daily updates as needed. We aim to respond to all communications within 4 business hours.
Preferred Communication Style: We believe in proactive and transparent communication.
Project Management: We prefer using tools like Trello, Jira, and Slack for tasks management, progress updates, and documentation.
Daily/Weekly Updates: Brief daily written updates or weekly video calls (via Zoom or Google Meet) are standard to maintain alignment and progress visibility.
Fixed-Price Projects: Payment is structured based on predefined, achievable milestones.
Invoicing: We request payment within 7 days of successful milestone completion or weekly invoice submission.
