Work Terms
Working Hours & Availability: Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (IST)
Response Time: Messages are typically answered within 1–2 hours during business hours.
Communication & Process:
Primary Channels: All project discussions, feedback, and file sharing take place via Guru messaging to ensure complete transparency.
Workflow: Briefing & Asset Handover Draft Creation Review & Feedback Final Delivery.
Payment Terms:
Agreements: Fixed-price projects via Guru Safe Pay milestones or hourly arrangements.
Deposit: A Safe Pay funded milestone is required before work commences on any project.
Revisions & Deliverables:
Revisions: Up to 2 free rounds of revisions included with each milestone to ensure complete satisfaction.
File Formats:
Video: MP4 (1080p / 4K), MOV, or source project files upon request.
Graphics:
PNG, JPEG, SVG, PDF, and source files (PSD / AI).
