Work Terms
I will provide professional architectural and BIM services according to the project requirements and agreed scope of work.
Scope of Work
Develop and/or modify architectural drawings and BIM models.
Create plans, sections, elevations, details, and construction documentation as required.
Develop and coordinate Revit BIM models according to the information provided by the client.
Perform model checking and coordination where required.
Incorporate client feedback and agreed revisions.
Deliverables
Final deliverables will be provided in the agreed formats, such as Revit (.RVT), AutoCAD (.DWG), PDF, and other required formats.
Timeline
The delivery schedule will be agreed upon before starting the project and will depend on the complexity and availability of the required project information.
Revisions
Up to 2 rounds of reasonable revisions related to the original scope are included. Additional revisions or changes to the agreed scope may require additional time and payment.
Payment
Payment will be based on the agreed fixed project fee or hourly rate. For larger projects, work can be divided into milestones, with payment requested upon completion and approval of each milestone.
Additional Work
Any work outside the agreed scope, significant design changes, or additional deliverables will be discussed and approved by the client before proceeding.
I will maintain clear communication throughout the project and aim to deliver accurate, well-organized, and professional architectural/BIM documentation.
