Providing optimized 3D Art for High-Performance Games
My journey into 3D art began with a simple question: "How do they make that run so smoothly?"
As a final-year Computer Science Engineering student specializing in Gaming Technology, I have always looked at games through a dual lens: the creative eye of an artist and the logical mind of an engineer. While I started out just wanting to make things look cool, my education taught me the importance of optimization, topology, and resource management. This unique combination is what defines my work today—I create art that doesn't just look good in a portfolio render, but performs flawlessly in a game engine.
A Highlight: Bringing Animals to Life One of my most defining experiences as a freelancer was a project focused on 3D Animal Modeling. I was tasked with creating a series of anatomically accurate animal models for a client. This project demanded more than just modeling skills; it required a deep study of anatomy, fur texturing, and rigging-readiness. Delivering these assets taught me the patience required for organic modeling and the precision needed to ensure that complex shapes remain low-poly enough for real-time rendering. Seeing those animals move within the client's project was a pivotal moment where I knew this was my career path.
Diverse Experience Beyond organic modeling, I have immersed myself in various corners of the industry:
Roblox Development: I have worked with clients to design immersive Roblox maps and lobbies, using Blender to create custom meshes that push the boundaries of what Roblox Studio can normally do.
Game with a Purpose: I am currently developing "AutiBridge," a project featuring games designed to support the autism community. This has taught me how to design with user accessibility and empathy in mind.
My Values I believe that freelance work is a partnership, not a transaction. Being a student keeps me humble and hungry to learn, but my engineering background ensures I deliver professional, disciplined work. Whether it’s a stylized sword, a realistic tiger, or a full level map, I treat every polygon with care.
I am excited to bring my technical skills and creative passion to your next project. Let's build something amazing together.
Work Terms
Communication & Availability: I am based in India (IST - UTC+5:30). I am generally available between 10:00 AM and 12:00 AM IST. I prioritize overlapping with US and European business hours to ensure smooth communication.
Response Time: I typically reply within 2-4 hours during my waking hours.
Payment Terms:
SafePay: I require the agreed milestone to be fully funded in Guru SafePay before work begins.
Structure: For larger projects (like full Roblox maps or detailed characters), I prefer a 50/50 milestone structure (50% upon Draft/Greybox approval, 50% upon Final Delivery).
Revisions Policy: I want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the asset.
Included: 2 rounds of revisions are included in the price (e.g., texture color tweaks, minor shape adjustments, scaling).
Extra: Major structural changes after the initial model/block-out has been approved (e.g., changing a character's species or a map's layout entirely) will be treated as a new task and billed accordingly.
Deliverables: Unless specified otherwise, I provide:
Source Files: .BLEND (Blender)
Exports: .FBX, .OBJ, or .RBXM (for Roblox)
Textures: PBR Maps (2K/4K) in PNG/JPEG format.
