Chilean bar-registered lawyer building cross-border contract systems (Chile + PIL): clean drafting, clause libraries, AI-assisted prompts, and humanized agreements—fast, clear, negotiation
I’m a bar-registered Chilean lawyer (Reg. No. 16398) with experience in corporate, commercial and tax-oriented legal work, plus high-stakes public-sector legal drafting at TRICEL (Electoral Qualification Court). I work with founders and SMEs across industries who need clear, defensible documentation, especially when operations involve more than one country.
My specialty is cross-border contracting using a practical Chile + Private International Law (PIL) approach. I draft and review NDAs, services/consulting agreements, contractor agreements, and commercial contracts, and I focus on the clauses that make the difference: governing law, jurisdiction clauses, notices/service mechanics, language and version control, payment/currency logic, liability allocation, termination, and IP options—so the contract is readable, enforceable, and negotiation-ready.
My differentiator is AI-assisted legal production with human-level precision. I build and refine prompt packs and clause libraries to generate strong first drafts quickly, then I humanize template or AI-generated text: consistent definitions, coherent legal logic, and business-ready language that protects your operations without killing the deal. You always receive a clean final version, tracked changes (redlines), and a concise risk/priority memo that tells you what matters and what to fix first.
Core offer (Full Package): International Legal Stack Pack (Chile + PIL)
Includes: (1) review & rewrite of one contract (redlines + risk memo), (2) core documentation bundle (NDA + Services + Contractor, as needed), and (3) reusable assets: prompt pack, clause library, blank templates, plus checklists for intake, signing, and versioning. Confidentiality is standard (NDA available).
Languages: Spanish, English, French.
Work Terms
Hours & response time: Mon–Fri (Chile time, GMT-3). I typically reply within 12–24 hours on business days.
Workflow: I start with a short intake (draft + deal summary + countries/parties + key priorities). I then deliver (1) a clean final version, (2) tracked changes/redlines, and (3) a short risk/priority memo. Revisions are included based on scope.
Payment terms: Fixed-scope projects are preferred (the Pack). Hourly work is available for follow-ups or ongoing support.
Communication: Upfront clarity back-and-forth. I prefer written summaries + one short call if needed. Main channels: document exchange if required.
Confidentiality: Standard confidentiality; NDA available upon request.
Scope: Chile-focused drafting with PIL clause structuring for cross-border operations. If jurisdiction-specific requirements apply outside Chile, local validation may be needed.
