Work Terms

Communication:

I am committed to open and transparent communication. I am available for communication through Guru.com messages, and scheduled calls.

Availability:

My standard working hours are 5 hours a day. However, I am open to accommodating different time zones for project discussions and meetings.

Response Time:

I strive to respond to messages and emails within 2 hours during weekdays. Urgent matters will be addressed promptly.

Project Scope:

Before the project commences, we will define the scope, deliverables, and timeline. Any changes to the scope will be discussed and agreed upon in writing.

Payment Terms:

Payment terms will be mutually agreed upon before the project starts. I typically require 40% upfront for project initiation, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.

Feedback and Revisions:

I value client satisfaction. Regular checkpoints will be established for feedback, and a reasonable number of revisions will be included in the project scope.

Confidentiality:

I respect the confidentiality of client information and project details. Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) can be arranged if needed.

Technical Support:

I offer a 7-day post-project technical support period. Any issues or questions can be addressed during this timeframe.
