Work Terms
I currently work full-time from 09:00 to 17:00 (EET/EEST) and am available for freelance projects primarily after office hours and during weekends.
I am flexible regarding project size and can work on both one-time tasks and ongoing projects.
Before starting, I prefer to discuss the requirements, expected result, available systems or documentation, and estimated scope of work. For larger projects, the work can be divided into clear milestones.
Communication can be handled through Guru messaging, chat, or scheduled calls, depending on the project.
I value clear communication and will always explain what can realistically be implemented before starting development.
