Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
*I am available for freelance work 2–3 hours per day, primarily in the evenings (IST).
*Work is typically done Monday to Saturday, with Sundays reserved for rest or urgent deliveries (on request).
*Availability may be adjusted slightly during exam periods, but advance notice will always be given.
* I can adjust my schedule slightly based on project urgency or deadlines, with prior notice.

Payment Terms:
* I prefer project-based or weekly milestone payments, depending on the scope and duration.
* For small tasks or one-time projects, full payment upon delivery is acceptable.
* For longer projects, 50% advance and 50% upon completion is preferred.
* All payments should be made through safe and agreed platforms like the platform being used.

Preferred Communication:
*I communicate primarily through direct messages (DMs) on the freelancing site.
*For clarity and record-keeping, I prefer written communication and am responsive within 24 hours on all working days.

Revisions & Delivery:
* I offer minor revisions per project to ensure satisfaction.
* Turnaround times will be discussed at the start of the project, depending on complexity.
*For larger projects, I’m open to occasional voice/video calls (scheduled in advance).



Client Expectations & Professionalism:
*I value clear instructions, timely communication, and respect for mutual time.
*Work begins only after the scope, timeline, and pricing are agreed upon.
*I maintain full confidentiality of your data and designs.
*Clients are expected to provide timely feedback and any necessary materials to keep the project on track.

Cancellations & Refunds:
*For prepaid projects: If the project is canceled before I begin, a full refund is issued.
*If the project is already in progress, a partial refund may be offered based on the amount of work completed.
*No refunds are given after final files are delivered unless due to quality issues agreed upon mutually.
