I launched my career in 2002 at Hi-Tech Electronics, engineering electronic displays and dashboards that sharpened my technical rigor and attention to detail. By 2004, I joined the pioneering LiveTV team (now Thales InFlyt Experience) at JetBlue, where we delivered the aviation industry’s first live television experience—an innovation that redefined in-flight connectivity and taught me how to execute at scale under pressure.

Since then, I’ve led enterprise programs across healthcare, government, and technology—managing $40M+ portfolios, transforming PMOs, and aligning cross-functional teams to deliver measurable impact. My work with organizations such as the Project Management Institute, Kaiser Permanente, and the New York State Department of Health reflects a consistent ability to solve complex challenges and deliver outcomes at the highest level.

Equally committed to people as to projects, I’ve mentored 75+ techs and project managers into senior roles since 2009, blending strategic execution with leadership coaching to build high-performing teams.
