Work Terms
1. Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (IST)
Flexible hours available for international clients based on prior agreement.
Urgent or weekend work can be accommodated upon request (with applicable rates).
2. Communication:
Preferred channels: mail, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Zoom, or WhatsApp (for quick updates).
Regular progress updates shared daily or weekly, as per client preference.
Response time: Within 12–24 hours during business days.
3. Project Management & Tools:
Projects are tracked using JIRA, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or the client’s preferred tool.
Status reports and dashboards are shared periodically for full visibility and accountability.
Agile and milestone-based delivery approach ensures timely and quality outcomes.
4. Payment Terms:
For hourly projects: Billing is done weekly based on approved timesheets.
For fixed-price projects: Payment milestones are defined at the start of the engagement.
Payments accepted via Bank Transfer, PayPal, or platform escrow (if applicable).
5. Confidentiality & Data Security:
Client data and project information are treated as strictly confidential.
Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) can be signed before project commencement.
Secure file sharing via Google Drive, OneDrive, or client-approved systems.
6. Revisions & Feedback:
Up to two rounds of revisions included per deliverable.
Constructive feedback is encouraged to ensure alignment with client expectations.
7. Termination & Cancellation:
Either party may terminate the contract with 7–14 days’ written notice.
Work completed up to the termination date will be billed accordingly.
8. Client Responsibilities:
Timely provision of project details, content, and feedback.
Designation of a single point of contact for efficient communication.
