I have over 15 years in the corporate sector, mainly telecommunications in areas such as Carrier Relations, Wholesale Sales, Account Management and much more. I have experience as a Helpdesk Analyst working for companies like Lockheed Martin IMS.
Additionally, I have almost 8 years as an established Virtual Business Asset. Which includes working on various projects and campaigns and providing stellar services to my client's customers. Everything from account management to lead generation, blogging on various topics and issues, to database cleanup.
I am comfortable engaging C-level decision makers and I possess excellent follow-up strategies when needed, I love to build rapport and can work quickly, accurately and professionally, which produces results that are satisfying.
I am proficient in all Microsoft Office products especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and OneNote. I also have experience with Salesforce, Zoho and Blackboard Collaborate as a Presenter.
I also utilize Google products for scheduling and managing projects. I'm flexible, I take direction well and I am always willing to explore and learn new things especially software products and services. I am a US Citizen, born in New York City.
