Work Terms
Hours of Operation:
Hours: Mon-Fri 12 AM- 11 PM (Algeria time, UTC+1). Response within 4 hours.
Payment Terms:
Hourly Rate: $20.00 USD / hour
Minimum Budget: $100.00 USD
Payment method: Only through platform (secure and trackable)
Milestone releases: For longer projects, payments tied to completed milestones
Final payment: Released upon delivery and your approval
Refund policy: No refunds after work has been delivered and approved. Partial refunds possible before project starts.
Preferred Communication Style:
Primary: Platform chat / messaging (keeps everything in one place)
Not available: Phone calls or video calls without prior scheduling
Response promise: I will acknowledge your message within 4 hours during working days
Updates: I send progress updates every 2–3 days with screenshots or preview links
Project Process:
You describe your needs and animation goals
I provide time estimate and total cost
You approve and pay deposit (if applicable)
I build with regular previews
You request changes (2 rounds included)
Final files + documentation
Final payment and project completion
Revision Policy
Included: 2 rounds of minor revisions (colors, spacing, text, small animation tweaks)
Extra revisions: $15 per hour
Major changes (new features, redesign, new animations): New quote required
Cancellation Policy
Before work starts: 100% refund of deposit
After work starts (less than 25% complete): 50% refund of deposit
After work starts (more than 25% complete): No refund, completed work delivered as-is
