A versatile and devoted French Communications Master's graduate willing to use her marketing, translation and storytelling skills to give more visibility to unique places.
I am French and just moved to Ireland as a part-time Communications Consultant freelancer.
I graduated with a Translation and Intercultural Communications Master’s Degree last year, while working as an environmental documentary filmmaker's Communications Manager in Seattle, USA.
Last March, I moved to Donegal to work as a Marketing Consultant for Rathmullan House, a four-star country house hotel.
I am now working for the both of them remotely.
In the framework of my studies, I had to spend some time abroad every year, which made me feel very comfortable in intercultural environments.
While my studies and current position are related to Communications, I have a deep interest for all things cultural and creative.
On my spare time, I love to travel, get involved in environmental initiatives, learn new skills and develop my passions for photography and storytelling.
I have also been attracted to the film industry since high school, where I had the chance to take a cinema option and learn about film history and editing. I love being involved in all aspects of film production, from the original idea to the promotion.
In the framework of an internship in Montreal, I managed the digital communication and covered the Toronto International Film Festival for a Canadian independent film.
My position in Seattle enabled me to run the digital promotion of 'The Wild', a documentary film about wild salmon, and assist director Mark Titus in his daily tasks, like shooting interviews and organising screenings.
He ended up making me an Executive Producer of 'The Wild'.
Finally, I wrote both my research thesis about the promising sector of ecotourism – one as a case study of Ireland, and the other about communication and marketing in sustainable travel.
If you are looking for a skilful and passionate worker, I will not disappoint you!
