Hi! I’m Donna

I’ve always been the type of person who enjoys organizing things, solving problems, and helping people feel less overwhelmed by technology. I found myself naturally becoming the “go-to” person for friends who needed help creating online accounts, setting up tools, or understanding digital platforms. So eventually I realized I could actually build a career doing this!

I started learning CRM tools, automation, and online business systems because I genuinely love the idea of making things easier and more efficient. I enjoy helping new business owners who want to build an online presence but don’t know where to begin. It makes me happy to see someone say, “Wow, this is so much easier now.”

I value communication, kindness, honesty, and patience, especially when working with beginners. I enjoy breaking down complex concepts and simplifying them, step by step. My goal is always to make my clients feel supported instead of stressed.

Outside of work, I enjoy learning new technology, creating Canva designs, researching online business ideas, and spending time with my family. I’m a curious person by nature, always learning something new.

Work Terms

I work Monday- Saturday and respond within 24 hours. All work and payment go through the platform until we build a working relationship. I communicate openly and clearly, and love working with beginners who want guidance and friendly support.
