"Putting Pen to Paper"

Dr. Anntoinette Williams has dedicated herself to the liberation of those weighed down by superwoman syndrome and chronic stress. Having undergone this life-altering change firsthand, she has taken the years following her transition to develop a uniquely holistic approach with her lecture “Removing the Superwoman’s Cape” to restoring priority in the lives of high achieving leaders.

Once an overworked administrator in corporate America, Dr. Williams was set on the path to health and lifestyle management when the results of her superwoman syndrome became clear. Despite her accomplishments, success at climbing the corporate ladder, and ability to be seen as a ‘superwoman’ by her colleagues and loved ones alike, it was clear that a shift in focus to her own wellbeing and personal freedom was needed. Since beginning that journey, she has gone on to become a Doctor of Philosophy with a concentration in Counseling Psychology, an accomplished speaker, award winning writer/author and an Usui Master Reiki Practitioner with Natural Healer accreditation. Dr. Williams has made Education, Wellbeing & Lifestyle Management her life’s work and legacy.

Dr. Williams aims to empower through Blogging, Story Telling and Public Speaking. She has gone on to author and three (3) titles on the subjects of health & wellbeing, parenting and lifestyle management. Dr. Williams has also been published in the College of Agricultural & Life Sciences at the University of Wisconsin Madison January 31, 2020.
