Rachael (pronounced ra`kel) Robertson is Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Charles Edda & Charles Bouley since 2014 and an SME litigation witness. Her components of advisory and work include security and performance activities, good cyber security in a global economy, project management and Lean Six Sigma, human performance measures, and compliance and network protocols and security policies and procedures.
She graduated with a doctorate from the College of Information at the University of North Texas in Technologies and Performance Improvement. Her college work extends to performance management, training in regulatory best practices for human performance and research methodologies. Additionally her Masters is in Strategic Communication from Alma Mater Texas Christian University. Both universities are known for record research and accountability measures that ensure that Dr. Robertson uses best practices and code of ethics.
