First call resolution and providing Excellent service is my first priority.

I was a Dell technician for almost 2 years and it was my first call center experience. At first, I was really having hard time to adapt to the nature of the support since I'm not that computer savvy. With a series of training I was able to overcome my weakness and it became my strength. In fact, Persevere and Patience for me are the keys to success. Never lose hope, there's always a Rainbow after the rain. Believing oneself is a big factor to succeed in life.

I was also a Microsoft Technician for 2 years and a half in one of the biggest BPO Industries in the Philippines. The nature of our support is more on technical. We troubleshot any type of software issues with different versions of operating systems including the latest operating systems such as Windows 8 and Windows 8.1. Office products such as Office 2007, Office 2010 and the latest Office 2013. Sales is also part of our metrics. Aside from the products, we also offer our services online regardless of their issues. It could be virus related issue, PC tuneup and installation/re-installation of the operating system. We offer our services such as Virus Removal and Protection, PC Tuneup, Office services and including Windows update issues. During my work experience, I gained a lot of things specially on the software and learned a lot of things that can be used as my foundation in problem solving. There are a lot of issues that I haven't encountered and I have to find a way to resolve it. I'm a resourceful person so when I get an issues that is new to me so I searched it using Bing search engine. I'm versatile when it comes to customer service. I can be purely customer service representative as well as technical. To become an effective customer service representative you have to posses different characteristics or traits such as Patience, Perseverance, Calm, Understanding, showing Empathy, putting yourself in customer's shoe.

Work Terms

I can work fulltime and available anytime of the day. The mode of payment can be through Western Union or bank transfer.
