Hi! I’m Saurabh, a 3D animator and digital artist, Founder of DudeStuioz I specialize in creating visually engaging 3D character animations, cinematic scenes, and game-ready motion with a strong focus on realism, storytelling, and detail.

From dragons and fantasy creatures to product animations and stylized storytelling, I bring imagination to life using Blender, Unreal Engine, and custom animation tools. With a passion for animation and technology, I love turning ideas into motion and helping brands, studios, and creators tell powerful visual stories.

Work Terms

📄 Work Terms & Policies
1. Project Discussion & Agreement

Work begins only after a clear discussion of project requirements, deliverables, deadlines, and pricing.

2. Payment Terms

50% advance payment is required to start the project.

The remaining 50% is payable upon final delivery, before sending high-resolution renders or source files.

For small projects, full payment may be requested upfront.

3. Revisions

Includes up to 2 rounds of minor revisions (adjustments in animation timing, camera, lighting, etc.).

Major changes to character design, story, camera style, or overall concept after approval may incur extra charges.

4. Delivery Format

Final delivery can include video files (MP4/MOV), image sequences, or rendered animations as agreed.

Source files (.blend, FBX, project files) are only delivered if agreed beforehand and may involve an extra fee.

5. Timeline & Deadlines

Estimated delivery time will be discussed before the project starts.

Delays from the client (feedback, missing files, unclear instructions) may affect the final delivery date.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide all necessary references such as concept art, storyboards, character models, or scripts before production begins.

Clear and timely feedback ensures smooth progress.

7. Confidentiality & Ownership

All client data, concepts, and project files are kept confidential.

Final delivered work is owned by the client after full payment.

I reserve the right to showcase the project in my portfolio unless the client requests NDA or private usage.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

If the project is canceled before work begins, a full or partial refund may be possible.

If work has already started, the advance payment is non-refundable.

If I cancel the project due to personal reasons, a full refund of the advance will be provided.
