I work as an Ecommerce Operations Manager for Amazon, Walmart, and eBay sellers who want their accounts set up correctly and run in a stable, scalable way.
My focus is marketplace launches, listing and catalog structure, PPC setup, account health, and backend operations. I help sellers build clean systems that support long-term growth, not short-term fixes.
I also provide business formation and compliance coordination for the US, UK, and Canada, including company setup support, tax readiness alignment, and trademark filing coordination (non-legal).
I work directly with founders who want one operator managing structure and control, not VA-level task execution.
Work Terms
Engagements begin with a clearly defined scope, either fixed-price or hourly.
Services may include structured task-based projects (such as listing setup, account configuration, or documentation support) when agreed in advance.
All work is focused on structured setup, system improvement, and operational control. Ongoing virtual assistant–style task execution is not provided.
Compliance-related services are delivered as freelance coordination and support. Legal, accounting, or tax representation is not provided.
Required access (store access, brand access, documentation, etc.) must be provided before work begins.
Timelines depend on platform approvals, third-party processing times, and client responsiveness.
Revisions apply within the originally agreed scope.
Ongoing operational support is available through structured monthly engagement after initial project completion.
Clear communication and a single point of contact on both sides are required.
