I have worked in the customer service industry for too long hence giving me the opportunity to get to understand all that relates to the industry.
I did my BPO course online courtesy of Agustana college helping me to gain further skills in online services.
While in Uchumi I did data entry work for quite sometime,capturing data in terms of prices and quantities supplied also was responsible of entering stocks holding at the end of every 3 months to evaluate the stocks position in relation to the sales
