Work Terms

Hours of Operation
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (EAT)
Saturdays: By appointment only
Sundays & public holidays: Closed (unless pre-arranged for urgent support)

Payment Terms
Project-based work: 40% upfront, 60% upon completion (before deployment).
Hourly work: Billed weekly, payable within 5 business days.
Ongoing Support/Maintenance: Retainer packages available, billed monthly in advance.
Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, M-Pesa (local clients).

Preferred Communication Style
Primary: Platform messaging (for official correspondence, proposals, and deliverables).
Secondary: WhatsApp/Slack (for quick updates or clarifications).
Meetings: Zoom/Google Meet (scheduled in advance).
