I have been in the BPO industry for 3 years wherein my first year was under the Customer Service Department and eventually transitioned to another project as a Credit and Collection Specialist. My responsibilities include but not limited to taking inbound/ outbound calls as well as working for the Mailbox team and managing the end of day and weekly reports.
Though I have taken Fine Arts Major in Advertising, I have found myself to be very passionate in the industry that I entered even though it is totally different with what I took. I have learned to love interacting with different customers and being able to provide the assistance that they need. At the same time, I still have used my skills mainly as a graphic artist for freelance projects outside the office.
I am now opening myself to more opportunities to widen my knowledge as well as to apply all the learnings I've gained throughout my years in the BPO industry and at the same time be able to practice my skills in Graphic Design.
Work Terms
