Eight Veer Ltd (t/a 8veer) is a UK-based consulting and delivery partner operating under the 8veer brand.
We help businesses, founders and teams structure complex work into clearer plans, stronger operating systems and practical delivery paths. Our work is organised through defined consulting and delivery lanes, so clients can engage 8veer around a clear scope, agreed outputs and a structured way of working.
Typical support can include business strategy, operating model design, process improvement, project and PMO support, governance and risk documentation, digital transformation planning, automation discovery, KPI and decision-support frameworks, marketing and customer-growth strategy, workforce planning and selected sector-specific operating support where the scope is appropriate.
8veer is best suited to clients who want practical support with clear deliverables, assumptions, dependencies, timelines, review points and acceptance criteria. Before substantive work starts, we clarify the objective, required outputs, available inputs, approval route, communication rhythm and payment structure.
For larger or evolving projects, work can be split into phases or milestones so progress, decisions and acceptance remain clear. For Guru-sourced work, Guru WorkRoom is used as the project record for scope clarification, files, updates, approvals, change requests and payment-related steps.
Where a project touches legal, tax, investment, medical, regulated compliance, compliance sign-off or formal HR decision-making, 8veer’s role is limited to operating support and decision-support unless specialist professional input is separately agreed.

Work Terms
Availability and response: 8veer works through planned, project-based engagements. Response cadence and delivery schedule are agreed at quote stage based on scope, urgency, buyer inputs, milestones and current team capacity.
Communication and project record: For Guru-sourced work, messages, scope clarification, files, approvals, change requests, delivery records and payment-related steps should remain on Guru. Guru WorkRoom is used as the project record.
Payment terms: Work can be structured using the Guru-supported term that best fits the engagement, including Fixed Price, Hourly, Task-Based or Recurring. For fixed-price or milestone work, we normally request SafePay funding for the agreed milestone before substantive work begins. For hourly or ongoing work, we agree task records, caps where appropriate and regular progress updates.
Scope and change control: Before work starts, we confirm the objective, deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, dependencies, buyer inputs, timeline, update cadence, review process and acceptance criteria. If requirements change materially, we propose a revised quote, milestone plan or payment term before starting additional work.
Professional boundaries: 8veer does not provide regulated professional sign-off through a general marketplace engagement. Where specialist review is needed, this should be agreed before work begins.
