For new relationships we require the first transaction goes through SafePay Escrow, which better ensures both parties’ protection and satisfaction. Invoicing may be requested after the first transaction has been completed via SafePay Escrow. We typically only accept payment by Check, E-check, or Wire Transfer Funds. Credit cards are accepted with an additional 4% charge to cover transaction fees.
We prefer communication via e-mail, although we are available by phone if needed.
