Work Terms

Hours of Operation
Operate from Monday to Saturday. Core working hours are 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (WAT). Messages received outside these hours will be attended to the next business day. Urgent project-related updates are prioritized during active campaigns.

Payment Terms
All services are provided on a prepaid basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices must be settled before project commencement. For ongoing or long-term engagements, milestone or monthly payment structures apply. Payments are non-refundable once work has started, as time, strategy, and execution resources are immediately allocated.
